Bend Residents Directory is an independently operated reference. It discusses and links to public record indexes, rolls, and collections concerning Bend and Oregon. It does not host government records and is not connected with a custodian, court, or office.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the service only in a lawful manner. You may not use it, or material obtained through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Bend Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a result supplied by a linked tool is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Government portals and independent services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own policies and terms. Their content, availability, price, and data practices are outside our control.

Oregon law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311-192.478, controls access procedures for records held by public bodies; it does not make this private reference a record custodian.
